Terms

1. What we do

We turn the drawings you send into a 3D model, narrated films, 360° tours, still images and a written list of fixes. These are visualization and design-review insights for you to discuss with your licensed architect or engineer. We are not your architect or engineer. We don't certify code compliance, structure or safety, and we don't prepare drawings for permits or construction.

2. Free previews and quotes

A free preview and quote carry no obligation and need no card. Send complete plans and, within 24 hours, you receive a fixed written quote and a free 15-second narrated preview of your own building. For very large projects the preview covers one key space. Previews go out in the order complete plans arrive, and we may decline a preview when plans are incomplete or unsuitable; we'll tell you why.

3. Prices and payment

Every project is priced in a fixed written quote, in US dollars, before any work starts. The price in your approved quote never changes unless you change the scope. You pay half to start and the rest on delivery, by secure payment link or bank transfer, and you receive an invoice for each payment. Final files are released once payment is complete. Any taxes or bank fees are shown before you pay. Nothing is ever charged without your explicit approval.

4. Delivery times

Your quote states your delivery date or time. For complete plans of a typical home or unit, your full Private Viewing arrives in about 48 hours from the production slot we confirm when your first payment arrives. Large projects get a fixed delivery date in the quote. 4K masters follow within 48 hours of your final sign-off. Plans we draw from your sketch add time, stated in the quote.

5. Our two guarantees

The Five-Finding Guarantee. If your list of fixes contains fewer than five real problems, you pay nothing and we refund anything you paid. You keep the film. A finding is a specific, located issue with a reason and a question for your architect. Matters of taste are not findings.

The On-Time Guarantee. If your first full delivery arrives after the time in your quote, you get 25% off for every 12 hours of delay, until it's free.

Claim either guarantee by email within 14 days of delivery. You keep everything we delivered.

6. Changes and updates

Corrections to our own errors are always free and never count as a round. Your quote states how many rounds of your own changes are included; each round is one list of changes sent together and is returned within 24 hours. Extra rounds, and updated films when your architect revises the drawings, are quoted before we start them.

7. Your files and our work

Your drawings remain yours. You may use your films, tours, stills and reports for any purpose, including sales, investors, landlords and planning discussions. We keep our methods and tools. We show your project as an example only with your written permission.

8. Cancelling

Cancel before production starts and we refund your first payment in full. After that, the first payment covers the work in progress.

9. Limits

Our work helps you ask better questions. No review can catch everything, so the list of fixes can't promise that nothing was missed. It doesn't replace professional advice, and decisions about design and construction stay with you and your licensed professionals. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for that project.

Privacy

What we collect

Your name, email, any phone number you choose to give us, the drawings and project details you send, and our messages with you.

How we use it

Only to make your project and to talk to you about it. We never sell your data, and we never use your drawings for anything else.

Confidentiality

We'll sign a mutual NDA before you send a file: ours, or yours after review. Names, plot numbers and title blocks never appear in your film, and we never show your project without your written permission.

Storage and deletion

We keep your files in access-controlled storage and delete them 90 days after final delivery, or sooner if you ask, including from our email and messaging threads.

This website

When switched on, this site uses Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to count visits and measure advertising. They may set cookies, which you can block in your browser settings.
